RZN Nutrition – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Typical processing times:

  • Standard Orders: 1–2 business days
  • High-Demand or Launch Periods: May require an additional 1–2 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Common delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly stated on relevant pages.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Your tracking number will be included (if available for your shipping method)
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment/suite number
  • USPS/UPS delivery issues caused by address errors

You may be responsible for:

  • Reshipment fees
  • Additional shipping charges

We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

RZN Nutrition is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address (if address was entered incorrectly)
  • Missing packages marked as “Delivered”

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, leasing office, or mailroom
  • Reviewing video doorbell footage (if applicable)
  • Contacting the carrier directly

We may offer assistance on a case-by-case basis, but replacements are not guaranteed.


 

7. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  1. Email support@rznnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the product and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide another solution if replacement is unavailable

Do not consume damaged items.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping becomes available:

  • Delivery estimates vary by destination
  • Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • RZN Nutrition is not responsible for customs delays

For now, we only ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters fulfillment:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • You may request a return after delivery (if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy)

To request cancellation, contact support@rznnutrition.com immediately with your order number.
