1. Overview
At RZN Nutrition LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we maintain specific guidelines to protect product integrity and ensure customer safety.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through www.rznnutrition.com.
Orders placed through Amazon or other marketplaces must follow those platforms’ return systems.
2. 30-Day Return Policy for Unopened Products
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened and untampered products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, with the safety seal fully intact
- The packaging must not show signs of tampering
- The product must be in its original condition
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for returns or refunds for safety and quality reasons.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email support@rznnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
We cannot process refund requests made after the 30-day window.
4. Return Shipping
For eligible returns:
- Customers may receive a prepaid return label for convenience.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Original shipping fees (paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we may cover return shipping at our discretion.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal:
- Contact support@rznnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos showing the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Do not consume damaged or compromised product. We may request that you safely dispose of it.
6. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will notify you via email regarding refund approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds will reflect:

- Return shipping cost (if prepaid label was provided)
- Original shipping cost (if any)
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products missing safety seals
- Returned items outside the 30-day window
- Items marked as “final sale,” if applicable
- Products not purchased directly from our website
Marketplace purchases (e.g., Amazon) must follow their respective return processes.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different product:
- You may return an eligible product for a refund
- Then place a new order for your desired item
9. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate our clearly stated policies.
Fraudulent or abusive return behavior may result in account restriction or refusal of future orders.
